Chicken is one of the most eaten foods all around

When it comes to grilling chicken, there are a few

chicken, would be to empty the cavity and rinse it. Then, you have to spice it up with salt, basil
pepper or whatever spices you want.
The next step in learning how to grill chicken is
to prepare the coals in the grill and rake them so that your chicken is grilled next to the coals
and not over the coals. You can also heat only one half of the grill when cooking your chicken. The
third step in cooking grilled chicken is to clean the grill and then rack it with a bit of oil,
after which you put your chicken faced downwards on the side of the grill which hasn't been heated.
After leaving it for about half an hour, you turn the chicken and leave it until it gets yellow and
the meat is cooked, which means for about another thirty minutes.
Last but not least, you check it by cutting a
small piece from the middle and verifying whether the juices run clear. Before you carve the
chicken, you should also leave it for about fifteen minutes.
However, your steps are a bit different if you
want to learn how to grill chicken, but only pieces of it. The first three steps remain the same,
but after the chicken pieces have turned yellow or brown, you should put some sauce on them. This
operation should be done after about twenty minutes, otherwise, your grilled chicken will be too
grilled. Then, once again, you cut a small piece in the middle to check whether your pieces are
cooked or not, the same thing with the juices remaining valid, just like in the case of grilling a
whole chicken.
It is not at all difficult to learn how to
grill chicken and it is also one of the most delicious receipts you can go for. Chicken is
most often eaten cooked because otherwise you might salmonella in it and that is something you
